Healthcare Assistant

Oxford Care Services is seeking compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants to work across hospitals, clinics, care homes and community services.

You will support patients with their daily needs while assisting nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver safe, respectful and person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist patients with personal care, mobility and meals.
* Support comfort, dignity, independence and wellbeing.
* Complete basic observations when trained and authorised.
* Report health changes or concerns to senior staff.
* Maintain accurate and confidential care records.
* Follow care plans and risk assessments.
* Follow safeguarding, infection prevention and safety procedures.
* Work effectively with the wider healthcare team.
