Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Role Overview
The Education Manager is responsible for leading, managing, and continuously improving the delivery of educational programmes within the organisation. This role requires strategic oversight of curriculum development, staff management, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and operational planning.
The postholder ensures that all educational activities meet organisational objectives, statutory requirements, and sector-specific standards. The Education Manager plays a central role in shaping the learning environment, enhancing learner outcomes, and driving innovation in teaching and assessment practices.
The position requires strong leadership, analytical capability, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Education, Management, or a related field (RQF Level 6 or above).
- Proven experience in educational leadership, curriculum development, and quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, awarding body requirements, and sector-specific standards.
- Experience managing staff, delivering CPD, and overseeing programme operations.
- Excellent communication, organisational, leadership, and analytical skills.
